Policy Statement

NOVARIC® is committed to providing a safe, healthy, and supportive working environment for all employees, contractors, and visitors across all NOVARIC® entities. This policy is aligned with ISO 45001:2018, EU Directive 89/391/EEC, Albanian Law 10237/2010, and OHSA Malta Cap. 424. It applies to NOVARIC® Ltd. (Malta) and NOVARIC® Sh.A. (Albania), all employees, contracted staff, temporary workers, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

Management: Ensure a safe working environment, conduct risk assessments, provide adequate training, maintain incident reporting procedures, and ensure legislative compliance.

All employees: Follow safety procedures, report hazards, cooperate with health and safety measures, and participate in required training. See: NOVARIC® Employee Handbook and NOVARIC® Workplace Policy.

Incident Reporting

All workplace incidents, near-misses, and hazards must be reported immediately to the designated Health & Safety Officer. Serious incidents are escalated to Dr. Alban Gj. THIKA and reported to relevant authorities. Misconduct reporting is handled under the Misconduct Reporting Procedure.
