Acceptable use of company-to-many communication
As you are now a part of the group/s, please confirm that you will observe the following rules and not abuse the group by sending banter or other irrelevant content.
Our Terms and Policies for WhatsApp Services (WhatsApp provides messaging, Internet calling, and other services to users who have installed the app in their devices. Please read WhatsApp’s Terms of Service so you understand what’s up with your use of the app.) – You agree to our Terms of using WhatsApp as our medium of communication by accepting to be part of NOVARIC Ltd. group. You must use this communication tool according to our Terms and posted policies.
Legal and Acceptable Use. You must access and use our communications only for legal, authorized, and acceptable purposes. You will not use (or assist others in using) our communications and data in ways that: (a) violate, misappropriate, or infringe the rights of NOVARIC Ltd. stipulated in Terms of Use, our users, or others, including privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other proprietary rights; (b) are illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, intimidating, harassing, hateful, racially, or ethnically offensive, or instigate or encourage conduct that would be illegal, or otherwise inappropriate, including promoting violent crimes; (c) involve publishing falsehoods, misrepresentations, or misleading statements; (d) impersonate someone; (e) involve sending illegal or impermissible communications such as bulk messaging, auto-messaging, auto-dialing, and the like; or (f) involve any non-personal use of our communications and data unless otherwise authorized by us.
By accepting and becoming a member of NOVARIC’s group/s, you acknowledge and agree to the following group rules, group policy and disclaimer. You also agree that the Admin team has the right to restrict admission, remove, or ban you to any of the groups without any notification.
Time of Communication. In the group we have a cut off time for sending messages:
AFTER 22:00 AND BEFORE 08:00
Please do not post messages on the group during the cut off times as you maybe removed from the group.
Do not change the group’s icon or logo.
Harm to NOVARIC Ltd. or Our Group Members. You must not (or assist others to) access, use, copy, adapt, modify, prepare derivative works based upon, distribute, license, sublicense, transfer, display, perform, or otherwise exploit our communications and data in impermissible or unauthorized manners, or in ways that burden, impair, or harm our business operations, our communications, any kind of content shared in WhatsApp Group/s, our users, or others, including that you must not directly or through automated means: (a) send to third parties, store information and data for longer than 30 days from the day of the communication was received; (b) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our communications and objectives; (c) collect the information of or about our group members in any impermissible or unauthorized manner; (d) distribute or make available to third parties the communications and data shared within WhatsApp group/s; (e) post malicious contents containing viruses, links to unknown sources such as websites and servers, programmes that can format or corrupt our members devices. No chain messaging that contains hyperlinks.
As a member of these WhatsApp Group/s for NOVARIC Ltd., you voluntarily participate in networking and discussions, and you completely understand, the Group is not responsible for any damage or injury happens by any communication, participation or sharing any information.
Keeping Your Device Secure. You are responsible for keeping your device and your WhatsApp account safe and secure, and you must delete the content of our WhatsApp groups once a week.
NOVARIC Ltd. Group’s Data. The group’s data is protected by copy rights. The use of the group’s data for any purpose is prohibited and must not be copied resupplied or otherwise published. You must not make unsolicited contact, threaten or abuse other members of the group this may result removal from the group without warning.
