Misconduct Reporting Procedure

A professional meeting scene featuring a diverse group of businesswomen and businessmen engaged in discussion around a conference table. The participants are wearing formal business attire, displaying a mix of different ethnicities and ages. The setting is a modern corporate office with a large table, papers, laptops, and notepads scattered around. The women are actively participating, with some taking notes, others gesturing while speaking, and one leading the conversation. The atmosphere is collaborative and focused, with a balanced representation of both genders.

NOVARIC® is an international organization with a global emphasis on excellence. We expect our representatives to behave ethically, lawfully, and in line with our core values: knowing, serving, trusting, promoting all interests, and striving for perfection. As part of our culture of openness and accountability, we require all stakeholders to follow reporting procedures for any conduct that falls short of these values.

Make the Report:

We have established the Misconduct Reporting Procedure for reporting serious misconduct such as illegal activities, health and safety failures, and breaches of NOVARIC® policies on appropriate behaviour. We encourage employees to first raise their concerns with the NOVARIC® Admin Team. If this is deemed ineffective or inappropriate, the NOVARIC® reporting procedure facility can be utilized. This facility includes a secure webpage and the NOVARIC® Admin Team HELP line at +355 (0) 222 55 999. The office hours (CET) are from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00. The appropriate Local Integrity Officer will promptly receive and ensure swift, fair, and lawful resolution of any reported issues. For more information, please refer to our FAQ.

Maintain Confidentiality:

We handle reports confidentially and assure no retaliation against employees filing complaints in good faith. Those under investigation will be notified and can respond to allegations and appeal adverse findings.

Non-Retaliation:

To facilitate the reporting procedure of Misconduct (see paragraph 2.2) within or related to the NOVARIC®, we have established dedicated channels. Stakeholders may voice concerns through local reporting procedures mechanisms in place at the company level. Or, for serious misconduct, through a reporting procedure to the Local Integrity Officer. The Central Integrity Officer, or through our Integrity Line, the NOVARIC® speak-up facility (see paragraph 2.3).

Adhering to this reporting procedure ensures your protection promptly upon reporting potential misconduct. As detailed in paragraph 2.5, moreover, we will handle concerns on potential misconduct raised, and follow our official reporting procedures confidentially, except as necessary for conducting a thorough investigation. This may involve providing the accused party with the opportunity to respond. When deemed necessary, we will take appropriate action accordingly, ensuring there will be no retaliation against anyone who speaks up.
