1. Single Permit (Employment and Residence)
- Application Process: Candidates must apply for a Single Permit which includes both the work permit and residence permit. This is governed by Legal Notice 160 of 2014.
- Eligibility: Non-EU/EEA/Swiss nationals need to meet specific criteria and provide proof that there are no EU/EEA/Swiss nationals available for the job.

2. Residence Permits

3. Labour Market Considerations
